• Advance Registration deadline: October 14, 2008
• Your registration form and payment must be received by October 14, 2008.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the secretariat of CBI2008.
  
• Payment should be made either by
    1)Credit Card(Visa)*, 2)Bank Transfer(Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) or 3)Postal Transfer.
  Any handling charge must be settled by the participant.
  
  For overseas participants only:
    1)Credit Card(Visa)* or
    2)You can pay your registration fee on-site at the registration desk in cash using Japanese Yen.(note: advanced registration discount will be applied to registrations before October 14, 2008). Please indicate you will make your payment on-site when you register through [ONLINE REGISTRATION] by checking a box of [Overseas participant: On-site payment]
  
  *Please print out your confirmation e-mail with VISA authorization form, fill out all required fields and FAX to CBI (+81-3-5491-5462).

• Onsite registration will open on Wednesday, October 22 9:00-
• Please fill out the Registration Form and give us two visiting cards (if you have) at the reception desk.
• All on-site payments must be made in cash using Japanese Yen.

Please check the checkbox "I will attend."on the Registration Form if you will attend the Party.
