1. Registration
You must complete registration before submitting an abstract (at least one of the authors). You will receive your Registration Code shown on a confirmation page and in the confirmation E-mail.

2. Online Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work in English.
The electronic submission requires :

- 1. Your abstract should be formatted according to the Word template which can be downloaded here.

- 2. Convert it to a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat etc.
- Do not set any security restriction.

- You can submit/edit/upload abstracts through the online submission website. Click on the link "[Management System]ONLINE SUBMISSION" at the top of this page.

3. Notification to authors
Your abstract will be reviewed by the scientific board members and the acceptance of your presentation will be notified by E-mail.
Papers for Poster Oral Session will also be selected by the board and informed to authors by E-mail.

* Your poster board has the number which is informed by e-mail or shown in the Proceedings.
* Push-pins are provided.
- Poster presenters are requested to stand by the posters on the duty time.
- Odd numbers: July 24(Mon), 17:00 - 18:00
Even numbers: July 25(Tue), 17:00 - 18:00
- The posters should be removed between 15:00-16:00, July 26(Wed).
- All materials left after the removal time will be disposed.

Allocated time: 5 minutes (presentation only)
The Best Poster Awards will be given for five excellent presentations. The decision will be made by the commitee and awards will be presented at the end of the meeting.
