Advance Registration -CLOSED-
- Advance Registration deadline: July 15, 2006
- Your registration form and payment must be received by July 15, 2006.
- You will receive your Registration Code shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation E-mail from the secretariat of CBI2006.
- Payment should be made either by "1)Postal Transfer", "2)Bank Transfer", or "3)Credit Card(Visa)-over JPY5000".
- Onsite registration will open on Monday, July 24, 2006 at 9:30am.
- Please fill out the Registration Form and give us two visiting cards (if you have) at the reception desk.
- All on-site payments must be made in cash using Japanese Yen.
You must complete registration before submitting an abstract (at least one of the authors).
Step1: Online registration website
You can register through the online registration website. Click on the link "[Management System]ONLINE REGISTRATION" at the top of this page.
Step2:
(1) To register for the first time, click on "First Registration".
(2) To edit your information, click on "Editing Registered Information".
- (1)First Registration
Fill out a registration form and submit it by clicking theRegister button. - Enter your name and address also in Chinese (Kanji) if applicable.
- You will receive your Registration Code shown on a confirmation page.
(2)Editing Registered Information
You are required to enter your Registration Code and Password to access to the editing site.
You may modify your personal information. Then click the submit button. A confirmation page will show the edited information.
You will receive a confirmation E-mail with (1)Registration Code or (2)modified information from the secretariat of CBI2006.
