The registration fee is non-refundable.- Any handling charge must be settled by the participant.

- If your card is not accepted for some unknown reason, you can pay your registration fee on-site at the registration desk in cash using Japanese Yen.(note: advanced registration discount will be applied to registrations before Aug. 31, 2013). Please indicate you will make your payment on-site when you register through ONLINE REGISTRATION by checking a box [Overseas participant: On-site payment]
