Submission Guidelines

• You must complete registration before submitting an abstract (at least one of the authors).
• The accepted papers will be posted in the CBI web page.
• The winners of the poster awards are requested to submit articles on the posters to CBI Journal or The Japanese Reports of CBI Society.

Board size:	90cm(width) x 210cm(height) *Your poster board has the number which is shown in the Proceedings. *Push-pins are provided.
Duty Time:	ID odd#:  September 15(Wed)18:00 - 19:00 ID even#: September 16(Thu)18:00 - 19:00 *Poster presenters are requested to stand by the posters on the duty time.
Poster Removal:	All materials left after the removal time will be disposed.

You must complete registration before submitting an abstract (at least one of the authors). You will receive the confirmation E-mail.

Preparation of Abstracts

1. Your abstract should be formatted according to the Word template (not exceed one pageﾂ黴€in A4ﾂ黴€size) which can be downloaded here.

2. Convert it to a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat etc. Do not set any security restriction.
3. Proceedings will be printed in monochrome.

Notification to authors

Your abstract will be reviewed by the scientific board members and the acceptance of your presentation will be notified by E-mail.

Poster Award

• Participants are requested to vote for the best poster.
• The Best Poster Awards will be given for five excellent presentations. The decision will be made by the commitee and awards will be presented at the end of the meeting.
  
• The winners of the poster awards are requested to submit articles on the posters to CBI Journal or The Japanese Reports of CBI Society.
