Call for Posters
1. Date / Place
October 3 (Wed) 9:00 - 5 (Fri) 17:30
The Reception Hall at the Faculty Hall(2nd floor)
2. Poster Set Up
Posters should be set up between the hours of 9:00 on October 3 (Wed) and anytime before the scheduled presentation time(17:30).
The poster number will be displayed on the top left corner of each poster board.
The poster board is 160 cm in height x 90 cm in width.
Pins are not allowed. Set-up materials are available on site.
3. Poster Session
October 3 (Wed) 17:30〜19:30 (Odd Numbers)
October 4 (Thu) 17:00〜19:00 (Even Numbers)
Presenting authors are required to stand by their posters during the poster session.
No electricity will be provided.
4. Poster Removal
Posters should be removed at the end of the session.
All posters remaining after 17:30 on October 5 will be discarded.
Registration is required before submitting for poster presentation.

Format Guidelines：
Please use A4 size paper. The maximum length is one page. Title is typed in Times New Roman/Times font, 14pt, bold face.
Body of abstract is typed in Times New Roman/Times font, 12pt, normal face.
