  • Early Registration Discount ends September 30 (Fri).
  • A participant of "Non-member student" can become a member of CBI. The membership fee payment will be exempted. [Membership expired : March 31, 2017]  If you want to join the CBI, please contact the Registration Desk.
  • All fees include taxes.

1. Early Registration (on/before Sep.30)
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the secretariat of CBI2016.
  • Payment should be made either by
    • 1)Credit Card --Internet payment (VISA / Master Card / American Express / Diners / JCB)
      2)Bank Transfer (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation)
    • *You are responsible for any bank handling charges
  • The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • For overseas participants only:
    If your card is not accepted for some unknown reason, you can pay your registration fee on-site at the registration desk in cash using Japanese Yen.(note: advanced registration discount will be applied to registrations before Sep. 30, 2016). Please indicate you will make your payment on-site when you register through ONLINE REGISTRATION by checking a box [Overseas participant: On-site payment]
2. On-site Registration (Oct.1-14)
  • Please fill out the Registration Form and give us two visiting cards (if you have) at the reception desk.
  • All on-site payments must be made in cash using Japanese Yen.
