- A participant of "Non-member student" can become a member of CBI. The membership fee payment will be exempted. [Membership expired : March 31, 2020] If you want to join the CBI, please contact the Registration Desk.

Registration fee : Cancellations received before Sep 30 (Sep 6 in case of early registration) will be refunded minus a cancellation fee.
Banquet fee
: Cancellations received before Sep 30 will be refunded minus a cancellation fee.
For cancellations received after this date no refund can be issued.
Online Registration *Closed*
- The registration to the conference is possible via the ONLINE REGISTRATION on this website.
- The online registration is possible until October 7 (Mon), 2019.
- The early registration discount will be applied to registrations before September 13 (Fri), 2019.
- After October 7, the registration to the conference is only possible on-site.
- Please fill out the Registration Form and give us two visiting cards (if you have) at the registration desk.
- All on-site payments must be made in cash using Japanese Yen.
