* A participant of "Students-Non-members" can become a member of CBI or JSBi.

If you do not want to join either of associations, please select "no" in Registration form.

1. Advance Registration

Important Dates
Opens : July 1, 2011
Closes : October 25, 2011
Your registration form and payment must be received by October 25 (Mon).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the secretariat of CBI2011.
Payment should be made either by
1)Bank Transfer (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ)
2)Credit Card (Visa)*

Any handling charge must be settled by the participant.

For overseas participants only:

You can pay your registration fee on-site at the registration desk in cash using Japanese Yen.(note: advanced registration discount will be applied to registrations before October 25, 2011). Please indicate you will make your payment on-site when you register through [ONLINE REGISTRATION] by checking a box of [Overseas participant: On-site payment]

*Please print out your confirmation e-mail with VISA authorization form, fill out all required fields and FAX to CBI (+81–45–924–5654).

The registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Onsite Registration

Please fill out the Registration Form and give us two visiting cards (if you have) at the reception desk.
All on-site payments must be made in cash using Japanese Yen.

Banquet will be held on November 9 from 18:00.

Please check the checkbox "I will attend." on the Registration Form if you will attend the Party.
Fee:    JPY 5,000
*Payment can be made either by:
   1) bank transfer or credit card (with registration fee)
   2) on-site (by Nov. 9 noon)
Venue: Reception Hall (3F)

Online Registration

You can register through the online registration website.

1.You must complete registration before submitting an abstract (at least one of the authors).
2.Click on the [ONLINE REGISTRATION] button.
3.Please fill in the required information then click the [Register] button.
4.You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the secretariat of CBI2011.
