  • Payment must be made by credit card (online and on-site payment).
  • Cancellations must be requested by October 17 to receive a refund (Cancellation fee will be charged).
Registration
  • All participants must create an account and register via "REGISTRATION" (please read the instructions below).
  • Advance Registration: June 1, 2022 - October 27, 17:00, 2022

On-site Registration
  • After October 17, please register and make the payment (Credit card only) by yourself at the registration desk.

Registration Instructions
(1) Create an account
  1. Go to REGISTRATION and enter your personal information (your name, email address, password etc.).
  2. After you create your account, a verification email will be sent to your address.
    Your new account
        ID : your email address
        Password : 4-10 alphanumeric characters you entered
  3. Sign in using your new account ID and Password.
  4. Click on "Conference Registration" or "Abstract Submission(Oral/Poster)" on the menu page to begin the registration process or abstract submission.
(2) Registration & Payment
  1. Conference Registration： Choose your registration category.
  2. Payment (Credit card only) : Payment can be made by credit card. VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Diners Club are accepted.
  3. After the completion of the payment, a confirmation email with your registration number will be sent to your address.
(3) Banquet registration **Cancelled**
Banquet registration opens on October 1 (Sat).
To register for banquet, you will need to complete registration and payment.
Click on "Banquet Registration" on the menu page to begin the registration process.

Please print out your Name Card (after Oct.1) and do not forget to bring it on the day.
*Registration fee payment receipt
You can print out your registration fee receipt.

Personal information shall not be used for any purpose other than those recognized as necessary for the appropriate management of the CBI2022.
