- Please choose one of the following modes of presentation when submitting your abstract:
1.Oral presentation 2.Poster presentation 3.Ether is acceptable
- CBI membership is not required for abstract submission.
- Go to ONLINE SUBMISSION at the bottom of this page.
- You will be asked to sign in to an existing account or create a new account if you do not have one.
- All presenters must complete registration and payment of the fee.
- Click on “Abstract Submission” on the menu page and fill in the required information, then submit your abstract(PDF).
- Please check the "Apply for award" check box to apply for Oral/Poster awards.

Submission Instructions
(1) Create an account
- Go to ONLINE SUBMISSION and enter your personal information (your name, email address, password etc.).
- After you create your account, a verification email will be sent to your address.
Your new account
ID : your email address Password : 4-10 alphanumeric characters you entered - Sign in using your new account ID and Password.
- Click on "Conference Registration" or "Abstract Submission(Oral/Poster)" on the menu page to begin the registration process or abstract submission.
(2) Abstract Submission
- List all authors and fill in the necessary abstract information (Title, Presentation type, Category etc.).
- Upload your PDF abstract (Please underline the name of presenter).
Your abstract should be formatted according to the template which can be downloaded here and converted to a PDF file.

PDF sample (>>sample.pdf) - After you have completed the submission, a confirmation email will be sent to your address.
